Detection of extremely low frequency gravitational wave using gravitational lens

چکیده
The effect of gravitational wave cosmological wavelength on the lensing is investigated. When source, deflector, and observer are aligned in a highly symmetric configuration, an Einstein ring will be observed by observer. There no time delays between different locations absence wave. Otherwise, emerge if propagates through system. Previous studies demonstrated that delay resulting from source-deflector-observer configuration presence could equivalent to similar lens with nonaligned Results this work show serve as potential detector when whole taken into account.

متن کاملLow-Frequency Gravitational Wave Searches Using Spacecraft Doppler Tracking
This paper discusses spacecraft Doppler tracking, the current-generation detector technology used in the low-frequency (∼millihertz) gravitational wave band. In the Doppler method the earth and a distant spacecraft act as free test masses with a ground-based precision Doppler tracking system continuously monitoring the earth-spacecraft relative dimensionless velocity 2Δv/c = Δν/ν0, where Δν is ...

متن کاملGravitational wave detection using multiscale chirplets
A generic ‘chirp’ of the form h(t) = A(t) cosφ(t) can be closely approximated by a connected set of multiscale chirplets with quadratically-evolving phase. The problem of finding the best approximation to a given signal using chirplets can be reduced to that of finding the path of minimum cost in a weighted, directed graph, and can be solved in polynomial time via dynamic programming. For a sig...
متن کاملIntroduction to the Analysis of Low-frequency Gravitational Wave Data *
The space-based gravitational wave detector LISA will observe in the low-frequency gravitational-wave band (0.1 mHz up to 1 Hz). LISA will search for a variety of expected signals, and when it detects a signal it will have to determine a number of parameters , such as the location of the source on the sky and the signal's polarisation. This requires pattern-matching, called matched filtering, w...
